How it works for Loans?

Just like any other process, we have a standardized procedure for loans. We make sure that all the steps are followed with utmost precision to provide you the best results and to maintain the transparency. The steps involved are as follows:

  • First Step is you retain our services and then we start guiding you through the loan process. In most cases a business plan is required, so we will write the business plan and projections specific to you and your industry.
  • Second Step is gathering all the appropriate documents. When applying for the loan we ask to review all your documents before submitting them to the lender.
  • Third Step is the bank interview, where we accompany you to the meeting for extra support. Before the bank appointment we will prep you with what questions will be asked at the appointment.
  • Fourth Step is the adjudication process where the underwriters begin to evaluate all aspects of the deal and the strength of the applicant. If there are any changes needed, we will make the changes and resubmit.
  • Fifth Step is another meeting with the bank where we will sign the final documentation that is required for disbursement of funds.
  • Sixth Step is getting the money!

How it works for grants?

Getting approval for grants can be a tricky process, which requires constant contact with the third party and a perfect business plan. All this calls for meticulous planning and strategic implementation. The whole process of approval and receiving grants can easily be summarized as follows:
